Its FRIDAY!!!... lalalala

  But then.... i not extremely happy... cause i have to work hard on my assignment from now onwards. Its only a week till the deadline for the assignment. Have only managed to complete reading the section 2 of the book. Well..... JIA YOU!!     Well.... i wanna complain about my work again. Remeber i was saying that got some uncle who goes around taiching work to other ppl to do. Well.. recently, he has interfered in my work and what i am supposed to do.

   Its like this, my side is supposed to do rotation shifts to meet up with the migration deadline for MOCK cutover load which would span for around 7 days. My side is required to do OT for around 3 days. My group only consist of 5 ppl, so we had to spilt into two groups. One group to do the morning shift, and the other to do the night shift. So basically everyone will have to do work for around 12 hours everyday non stop. But then the 5 ppl in my group does not include the taichi uncle. He is only supposed to be the backup for michael and to do rotations with him to do the signing off of the migration load. I told him that since he is not doing the migration validation, he should go and discuss with michael on how he wans the rotation between them to be. He just said okok.. then neber go and discuss with mike. You know what he did!! He went to tell mike about what our plans for migration to be for the 7 days.... about that fact that we are spiltting into two groups and doing 12 hours each. WHY THE HECK DID HE HAVE TO INFORM MIKE ABOUT IT FOR US??? I am thinking that he wants go gain credit saying that we have discussed and he have planned out a way to spilt the job load effectively, and that he will be monitoring what we are doing at all times.  

   When did he "Taichi Uncle" take over control and the mangement of migration validation on my side. Who the hell give him authorisation to report on our progress behind our back. He did not even know what we are doing now, how we are going about doing it, whoes doing what and what are the resoulutions to problems. He wanna kapo and inform mike about misleading information. Then mike will come back to us and sort of accuse us of not doing this not doing that... wanting us to do this do that......   I really wanna tell him in the face that he better get his role here in data migration right... as in that he is just here to provide operation insights into data problems.... and not to manage us the ppl who are doing the manual labour of validation.... if he wans to do the managing.. he better start doing the validation as what we are doing and being fully responsible for report back to the consultants, james, sheik, and mike. And if there is to be any problems, since he wans to do the managing, he better not ask ppl to go and solve the problems for him or speak to ppl for him. AND if he is not going to manage migration matters, he better stop reporting back to mike on migration matters on our groups behalf.... and screwing up matters....to get the idea clear that we are not under ur control or supervision..

     Woo huu... its friday again... i get to update my neber ending blog.

     Well... this week has been quite eventful, being that i had to conduct lessons of data validation on the various objects and folders. Whats more is that me and me friend was assigned extra curriculum work to do. "PROJECT" develop another access/asp application for some other department.

     Last time we also developed a ASP site from some other department to manage requests for repair work and special jobs. The site was completed well... but it was never used or adopted by the requesting department. They did not even bothered to test the system out. Sianzzzz

    Sometimes i wonder wether my teaching methods are screwed up or my firmness when i teach is cannot make it that caused my students to misunderstand my requirements and instructions. They cant seem to follow well or remember the steps and data required for future use. Haizz..... ppl nowadays... cannot make it....CMI!!!

Just now in the morning i thinking that its has been very the long since cyu and hahu called me da jie already... i miss it alot leh... shouldnt have tell them how to make nicknames out of real names... sianz..
Well... today is tuesday.. and i found out yesterday that my assignment for java was extended to one week after... and the assigment which was due on my birthday was also extended too... By right i am supposed to celebrate for the extension, but then if it ends faster my pain ends faster too.... right now the extension brings it too close to the examinati0n period which might clash with the data migration activity going on at my workplace. Well... dun care lar...neh neh ni boo boo...
 

Haha... it that day again of the week where i am free to do some updating of the blog again. Lala... had a veri not interesting week.... doing i dunno what i was doing... hehe
 
Well... think i frown too much this week liao. Had to reteach the ppl at my workplace on the creation of configurable materials again for the 100rd time. But it seems that teaching someting for many times helps to teach bettter... Well... even though my teaching skills improved... that Kit hor... still cannot catch it in one go eben though the others that were taught at the same time all understood and remebered the steps. Dunno what she thinking also, i think she wasnt paying her full attention lor... or is that her memorising power is really really cannot make it the lor... haizz... have to give her my full supervision... while going through the creation of configurable materials with her again....
 
Well.... today i am going for a secondary school friend's birthday party. The last time i saw her was one year ago at some other persons birthday party... hehe..Hope i would enjoy myself there...

I just dun understand what michael is thinking....
Now he wans his planning staff to make final decisions on his behalf during the rotation shifts thing when he is not around. Firstly, they have absolute no knowledge of data migration, secondly, one of them is so the preoccupied with other work of his on, thirdly the other one always action and not work. If the thing that he was told to do was somehow connected to someone else or someone else did it before, he would try to push the work to them to do saying that he has some data to be updated which u have done before lor....wah liew....

FUCKed UP man... his thinking... he think he is the onli one who is busy doing the work all the time while other ppl are not busy.... He always thinks his work is the most critical around while other ppls bussiness works are not critical. Always saying that ppl tell him they no time...but he have alot of time of take over other ppls work and then passing the work over to us to do.... causing alot of confusion among HIS PLANNIG PPL...

The reason i want to leave the company is that i cant stand the style of his work and thinking any more.... i want to help the company to complete their data migration work cause i noe that they cannot make it without me... not say i bragging... but i have the knowledge and experience cause i started with them since the beginning of data migration lor... i have all the knowedge and the skills necessary to do the work efficently... To do data migration, not much knowledge is needed, all u need is the ability to work fast and i really mean fast, and the ability to understand how to do... no need to know why must do.... and to remember the steps to how to do.... thats all i can ask for... but the help that was provided cannot fullfill these requirements. ARGGGG......

Today is friday again. I do seem to always post my blogs on fridays and thursdays. Dunno why... maybe its because its the end of the work week whereby i would have completed all the work that i am supposed to do... lalala

HAHAHA.... i finally managed to complete my TMA03 for relational database. Yeah!!! so happy!!... i can go home to sleep and sleep and sleep to remove all the dark eye rings. ARGG!!!! i have dark eye rings.. and lousy skin, all thanks to lack of sleep and overworking.... So wats the moral of the story... dunno.. hahaha

Then hor, this sunday going for KTV.. dunno why nowadays everyone loves singing... but then i dont... i onli like to listen to other ppls voices.. cause i onli like to sing a few songs which i dun sound nice in them....Thats All Folks!!

Its a dark, cool and gloomy outside today. Perfect for lazing around the house or to sleep all day long. hahahaha.... how i wish i can do that..

Well...have been rushing my assignments for the past few days... couldnt get the motivation to do it..keep on playing neopets and this and that..no energy.. as the saying goes.. "The mind is willing but the body is weak"

Suprisingly, i managed to come out with the necessary SQL queries to the questions of my TMA. I dunno how i managed to do it, but it really seems that i am more skillfully in doing SQL coding than java coding as what was shown during my poly school days. When i always performed well in finding the necessary queries to the questions. Which my lab tutor found it strange with my assignment results was cannot make it. HAHAHA!!!

Well.... its wednesday today. Going for my extra boring java tutorial later in the evening.

Yesterday there was a wide spread power failure in Singapore. I was surfing the net playing neopets and trying to do my maths TMA. Then it happened, it all went black an i thought it was something i did. I tried to look around and all i could see was pitch blackness as my eyes have not become accustomed to the darkness. Boy was it freaky and scary... i tried to walk out of the room and nearly banged into the door. Then i suddenly saw my sis with her handphone. She was walking around with the aid of the little light emiting from her handphone. We went to the living room together to see my little sis frantically trying to look for something.... haha..then the story beri long dun wan to write liao....

Then realised that the whole neighbourhood was also suffering from the power failure. Then i do nonthing but just walk around here and there... here and there... then finally after around twenty mins the power came back on.... HURRAY!!! Some ppl around the neighbourhood shouted YEAH!! and everyone went back to their home sweet home to resume watever that they were doing....

Well.... after this power failure incident, i realised the importance of electrcity and the need to conserve this form of power. Then hor... i go back to my neopets and my maths TMA.... luckily i didnt do much changes to my work. Heng ar!!...

Ooooo... it friday again.. ladies and gentlemen.
Today i want to tok about what has happened to my life this week. Well... all was smooth going i presume as i was kept very very the busy in my work doing data migration matters. That michael hor... came back from his holiday from Russia.. then happily threw some work to me about the valid date thing. But then hor i tell him that i beri the busy doing data migration matters... then he give me the not convinced look and walk away. Then later he still insist on asking me to do the work and happily email me the work and copy others. But until now, i still haben do the work....

Then hor.... i got back my java results liao... haha i got 88 marks wor.... definately an improvement from the previous one... luckily this time he neber go and deduct marks for stupid things...otherwise i wanna hang his head on the rooftop...

then hor... today i went for an interview at M1... which is located at Jurong East... Wah.. so the far away.. I really hope that i can get this job and escape from me predicament in SIA of having to carry the load for somewhere else who only knows how to doubt my work and the things that i tell him.. eben though i always manage to complete everything that is to be done nicely and efficiently... haha...

Testing testing one two three....

Dunnoo wether i got say before about the new mini drive that i bought at the IT show two weeks ago. ITS SPOILT..... stupid iomega..happily the drive is corrupted and has multiple bad sectors.But luckily, it is still under warranty(duh!!) and i think i am going to get it changed this sat or today!!... depends on my mood after lunch.

Well.... these feel days i have been having near death syndrom. Keep on having headaches, bodyaches, here ache there ache everywhere ache ache. Checked my blood pressure looks normal to me... and when i mean normal... i mean the very high normal as compared to normal young adult.

At work, also beri the busy, my schedule is all cramped up together. Have been neglecting my studies, my studies and my studies. My first update after many many days and weeks... after seeing HAHU update her blog make me have the urge to also update mine.

Well.... today me, myself and I are going to watch Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban at Tampines Mall today togther with my two sis... Dunno wether nice or not. Cause the last two movies of Harry Potter were so so lar. Maybe its because i read the book already then go and see the movie like no kick like that.

Then hor, i went for a lousy interview on Monday. Think i cant get that job already. I can feel that the HR person wasnt bery the inpressed by my questions and the way i answered her questions. Dunno why lar, that day i happily answer with alot of hand gestures and wrong prounciation of words... Must be mad already.

Then hor, on tuesday i suddenly got a attack of "DUNNO
WAT I DOING"disease. The whole daykeep on blur blur and forgetting things and toking rubbish here and there. Then in the evening go for lessons at SIM. I think i dun have a crush on the lecturer liao. hehehehe

Friday.....friday seems so faraway.. why must i wait until friday oh i can wait for friday....

Yesterday hor, i went for interview at GMP recruit which is located at alexandra terrace HarbourLink. At first hor.. i thinking that have to meet the person at alexandra at 3.00pm for some interview then have to go to caltex house at 4.15pm to be interview at the company's place.... Then hor... i tried to make my way to that HarbourLink place after checking it out first on streetdirectory first. At first hor, i thinking that the place is located near Bukit Merah interchange there....so i thinking that i need to take mrt to chua chu kang then transfer to LRT then alight at Bukit Panjang then take bus there lor. Who noes, the stupid LRT breakdown again, then have to take the free bus service provided. By doing so, problem number one came. I DUNNO WHERE TO ALIGHT!!! Then based on my feelings i managed to alight at the correct stop and took the correct bus which took a hell lot of time to reach somewhere lar...which was already nearing 3.30pm liao... then i thinking that i cannot make it in time liao, then i happily take taxi to the place. Then just happily have a not like interview interview with sam... Dunno why also but i was really cool in answering his questions. It was only when he commented that i am so cool in answering that i realised it.

So after chatting with that person, he gave me instructions on how to travel to the client interview place with was situated at the builiding just across the street. Cheh!!!.. i thought must go to raffles place for the interview.... and one more thing of mention, i only knew that the hiring company is HP. WHAO!!!.. big company wor... MNC company wor... Then hor i just went over for my interview in my still cool and calm self. Then hor i just anyhow smoke my way through the interview. Dunno wether if she was impressed by me or not cause her face like neber like appreciate like that. Then somemore i happily ask stupid questions here and there.... HAHAHA.. well btw, my interviewer name is Joanna Kwa. Heard from the SAM guy that she is to be my immediate superior if i was to be employed lor.

Well.... i will get the results next week wether i would get employed or not lar.. cause tomorro still have one more person yet to be interview...Cant place my hopes too high lar, cause i scarded that if like last time for the schenker company place high high hopes will disappointed hard hard pain pain.... so thats all folks for today's long long explanination about my interview.

Well.. on monday, the newcomer who is joining us for data migration came. Her name is Kit, dunno what the full name is.. but OMG!!! she is the most irritating newcomer person that i have ever met in my life. Dunno what her problem, keep on asking when is she going to get her ID and pass and whatever here and there things. Tell her that the fastest is two weeks, she like no believe like that then happily go and ask "Big Cow" the same questions, then he tell her that usually is around a few days like that, which is shorter than what i have said but then she is still like not satisified like that. Then she say that last time she at STC working can get the pass and staff ids in a matter of only a few days. Come on lar....this is SIA Airline House not STC of course there would be differences lor... somemore last time for the "big cow" situation, we were prepared for them to come, had applied for everything before hand lor. this come she come so the fast fast where to time to early prepare for you..... haizz

SOmemore hor... she beri the irritating one lor, happily like to suddenly go behing ppl backs and watch other ppl do their work. Ok lar.. going behind other ppl to watch what they are doing is no problem for me lar.. but then hor.. dun go and disturb other ppl doing their work lar... ask here ask there... ppl busy busy discussing things still want to chap in and ask some basic questions... dunno what is wait one lor..NO COMMON SENSE one..

Then hor, dunno wether is she is like that naturally one or is fake gek one. When she toking in chinese hor, the sound is veri the "there" lor...eeeeee. Makes my hair stand. Dunno lar, maybe is i now unfriendly towards new things be it ppl, work, enviroment. haha... what i really dun like is that i scareded that she will leak out the information that i am doing rubbish things at work such as coloring pictures, surfing the internet... reading books, doing school work....

Wah... long time neber update by blog liao. Well.. so this is what i am doing now. I AM updating my blog, hehe...

Well.. for the past few weeks i have been trying to convince smartforce into letting me get a refund for my CCNP. But it just seems that the company just doesnt wants money that is already in their pockets to go back to the customer. So i bo bian have to carry on with the program. They keep on insisting that they have already given me the course material and by doing so i am not able to get a refund, then i happily today then go and check the system and found out that they have not given me my course materials.I KANNA BLUFFED LIAO...

But never mind, since my CCNA is expiring this august, so i might as well go and get a CCNP to give myself an upgrade. The most fail fail and then get back the money in full, but then will spoil my results record. But what the heck, nobody in Singapore is going to check how many times i took the exams... They dun eben seem impressed by the cert.

Next thing that i want to say is that i got back all my assignments liao. OMG!!! i got 84 for my Database, but then i only got 77 for maths and OMFG!!! i only got 74 for java.... dunno whats wrong with the tutor also....TMD :(

Neber mind... i shall work harder for my other TMAs from now on... must work towards the goal of second class honors degree so that i can get a decent pay to let my parents have a comfortable retirement life. I wan to JIA YOU

Yeah..... i finally finished all my Assignments 01 liao... Can finally take a break for around one month before have to rush for another assignments again. This time i am not going to be last minute liao, this time i am going to do as i study strategy..which saves me time, energy and sleep.... hahaha...

This friday is good friday, dunno i should i do. Should i just stay at home and sleep .. or go out with my long lost friends... or just do nonthing.... haha... Well.. lets let fate decide..

Yeah.. its friday again... Finally managed to complete my maths assignment. But sad to say, i must admit that it was done poorly. Dun think that i can get any decent grades for it. Whats worse is that all this is caused the fact that i was to playful.. Well... i have put that beside now.. and i am have already done 75% of my java assignment and it is due next tuesday. I just need to go home to check it out... then can have a good rest for the rest of the weekend... i am so tired that my face is refecting al the changes.

Aiyah... spent so much $$ this week. Went to eat fish and co, bought facial foam, paid for present, eat and eat somemore... this week i think spent more than $150 liao... neber go out neber go out... once go out spend like mad woman like that.... he he he..

Wah liew, today is a sianz day man...... Happily thinking want to save time dun need to go up and down many times then happily think of the idea of putting the projector at 8 floor the cabinet there first. So that later can directly go to 8 floor to collect the projector to set it up. Then i happily go and take the key from SY drawer, which was storing the projector, then happily XM ask me how i noe where the key is...... then happily say that it is confidental.....

Then i happily listen neber react then go and set up the projector liao lar..... then happily my chairmate kanna question by "Sh" asking where i got the projector.... then happily me friend say it belongs to our department, then happily kanna another question about how we got the keys to the cabinet...... SIANZZZZ...

I so want to tell the "Sh" that i saw with my own eyes the last time i borrowed their dept projector where the key was kept lar..... but it would seem so the unpolite. Nowadays, cannot be trueful to my own words... cannot be an honest person..... cannot see things and do things...without asking the whole world for permission...... Why...just because got one stupid case of theft then happily raise the security level to 1 makes you wanna think "what has the world gone to!"

Aiyah, it doesnt matter anymore. I must go back to my attitude of heck everything in this company cause i not an employee/staff, so i can heck everyone man....! I wont be brought down by such a small stupid matter.... HECK RULES!!!! PEFE POWER!!!

Aiyoh... i think that i am getting addicted to Neopets again. Spent around two hours playing it last night while i was supposed to be doing my ASSIGNMENT. Think i am really really behind time in my assignment. Whats more, i haven even started reading A3 of maths. I am so the screwed this time.

No more harvest moon and TV programs for me this weekend....... :( But... i am going to watch Resident Evil no matter what it takes me... i would kill, smoke, scam my way just to watch this amazing movie.. hehe... Halilouya!!!

Yeah...... i bought my new handphone. Its a sony ericsson T630 phone..... hahahaha.. But then hor,i feel like a bit of regret buying the phone. Maybe its because the phone is too easy to use and navigate. Someone who is new to sony ericsson doesnt need much IQ to navigate around the various menus. Best its that i finally have a digital camera......

ha hu ha ha hu...... i hope hahu is seeing this....

today managed to finish one unit of Java programming... see until my eyes cannot close..die.... think i need some eye transplant or eye washing... take out the entire eye to wash....

Yeah..... its finally friday today. And i am going to get myself a new handphone. hehe. So scarded that next week will have a new offer for some other phones then i will regret for the rest of one year or so bah... i always beri the unlucky one... sianzz...
