I knew it... i knew that they were discussing about me just now in the room... hurrays for third instinct.... Happily after my collegue came out of the meeting just now, she tell me that she would be giving me alot of things to do...with regards to accounting. Then i say, "I dont know anything about accounting!", then she say is some checking and data entry into excel sheets lor... and repeated herself saying that have alot of things to do... After she said that, i knew that the boss must be thinking that i have nonthing else to do all day, and no major problems happen at all, so they have to maximise usage of employee and ask me the do something which would be very the time consuming.. and taxing.. GOD HELP ME!!! Its no wonder some previous ppl left the company after joining so soon..
Well... lo and behold... after my lunch today and after doing some work, my boss laptop hanged.. couldnt "Ctrl, Alt, Del" at all. Had to do a power cycle of the laptop, which also means to force power down... then booted up in safe mood... can bootup.. then after i wanted to boot up normally, it hanged on me again. After a few more similar attempts, i recalled a common problem in my previous job. So i tried to take the laptop off the docking station.... which i have never done before.... then i was there trying here and there cannot work... then my boss see and come over and give me hint hint.. I saw the hint and tried again to no avail, sounds stupid right, then when the boss almost wanted to come over and do it for himself, i managed to get it out... Three Cheers!!! So i tried to boot up the laptop, and it managed to work, so i put it back, powered up, and then lo and behold again, the MOUSE SPOIL... hahaha... So i changed the mouse, redocked the laptop and it finally worked... YEAH!!!!

Dunt know if its just me feeling feeling again or do i feel that whenever b*** walks past my table to find someone... he seems to peek at wat i am doing at the moment... i get those kinda of spying feelings whenever he passes by... other ppl dunt give me those kinda of feeling... strange..

Well... today is my one month anniversary in this company, so far i have tackled issues that were both challenging and interesting. Like for example reconfiguring outlook accounts, creating user login accounts, installing unfamilar software, and doing the weekly door access logs. I cant say i have learnt anything, but i must say that the things that i have learnt were mostly self learnt. One thing that i dont like about this place is that whenever they feel that i have not enough of work to do, they will try and get some stupid shit manual work for me to do like for example: manual checking through a pile of papers to determine wether the amounts are correct. What do they take me for? Some slave to do all the not useful but time consuming work? Or isit just me, despising all work that is not related to computers? Or have i learnt to complain and compare against all my previous experiences, feelings and relationships.

Wah liew eh.... just now i went to inform my manager that i have did a manual check on the serial numbers of the Laptops that have been issued out... and that 4ppl are out on the job so have to wait until next week to confirm with the user itself... then she tell me that have to do something like a write up about the seminar that i went... feelings and recommendations... then she also tell me that i have to send her a weekly report of the chores that i have done... haizz.. wanna smoke also cannot smoke... sianzz... I think i would have to include a BIG HEADER which says server monitoring 1hr, backup log monitoring 1hr, change backup tapes 30mins... to smoke that i am very very the busy... haizz..

Well.... its that rotating hour lunch problem happening again.... i feel that it make no sense for us to strictly stick to the lunch hrs limits... as long as we do our work properly on time on target on schedule.....cause... if u expect us to leave on time for our lunches while everyone is busy rushing something either for u or the boss... how u expect us to leave one time.... Its true that when u say that if somebody says that they are busy then other ppl go and eat first....but if that other person has some lunch appointment with someone else at some other time.... how leh??? Nobody loves rules that nobody understands... so why make rules which are not understandable nor followable at all costs.... We cant force other collegues to come back on time... cause sometimes the food they ordered make take a long time to queue for it or the food may be so hot that i would take some time to cool down... superiors cant make the comment of telling the employees what to eat or not to eat right... so exceptions may occur... espically with the closure of the golden shoe for renovation... its simply not possible to leave at 12 on the dot and come back at 1pm on the dot...WHY!!! WHY!!! WHY!!!

Hmm... i have made an amazing discovery today... that my manager and my other collegue was previously working together in another company together... and now they are collegues again.... how lucky can you get?? or isit fated?? Usually when this kinda of questions appear on tv shows they will play one sound effect.... which is "Denn denn denn!!!" followed by manical laughter..."Hek Hek Hek!!!"... oh.. am i going mad.... arggg!!

I am rushing for my assignments as i am typing this blog. This year i seem to be more slack when planning for my assignments. Which means i have simply no motivation watsoever to do my assignments, nor do any research for it. Maybe its because the subjects that i am taking this year are all very essay orientated......lalala... no mood to write liao...

lala.... just came back from lunch... had to wait for anyone to come back from their lunch before i could go... so i was waiting patiently for my turn lor... then happily... my manager sent us an interesting email before she went for her lunch...

Well... it is actually an ordinary mail in that the contents are to remind us that the official lunch hrs are between 12-2pm. Wat makes it interesting is that the fact that we admin department has to do a rotating between us so that one groupd would have to go first, and the other groupd would have to stay around so that they can help to pick up the calls. But then.... when everyone is busy doing watever urgent things that they have to do... they might not be able to go off at a schedule time of 12pm on the dot...and with that... whoever is in the second grp will not be able to come back at 2pm shld they really take an hr lunch. So... my question here is that... whats the moral of the story?? I dont know.... i dont understand the meaning of rotated lunch... when the business itself doesnt function 24/7. I dont believe that other companies dun have lunch hrs, and even if nobody picks up the call.... i think that whoever is calling would be able to guess that its lunch break time.... so.. why is the need... INTERESTING...

Today i had chicken pie for lunch!! woo huu... nice nice... yummy yummy yummy yum yum
yum... i had ordered 1/2 of the pie cause i was feeling extremely hungry.. and also because
i underestimated the hunger curbing abilities of that pie... in the end i onli eat half of
half the pie... hahaha

Well.... yesterday i was supposed to do my assignments, but after i took my dinner at
home... i was suddenly possesed by the sleeping ghost and felt so sleepy that after a while
i went of to my bed to sleep instead of doing my assignment.... bad on me.... bad girl... Hee... saw this name converter on someone whom i knew blog page and i couldnt resist

I so feel like shit today... Even the time that i am supposed to have lunch also must be controlled by her. Sibei sianz de leh.. I feel so the manipulated. Like i am not supposed to have a mind of my own. Then its like i never do my work then i go off for lunch like that. It so makes me feel that i am an irresponsible person like that... Cannot make it leh..

I am so thinking that if i am a male technician then i probably wouldnt be treated like that. But then i shldnt be thinking this way... if i keep on thinking negative like last time while i was in the bank, then i wouldnt be able to adapt to my new work position again... which might eventually lead to another job hopping session.....

I followed her instructions and came out with a pivot table, and i even asked her to check if that is what she wanted. Then she say ok...... Then after the meeting with the boss, she keep on chasing after my neck telling me that she has something urgent for me to do.. then i kanna bomb!!!

Wah liew eh..... just kanna some stupid shit thing for one of my collegue. She went for a meeting with the boss with some figures that she ask me to do a pivot table for her. I followed her instructions and came out with a pivot table, and i even asked her to check if that is what she wanted. Then she say ok...... Then after the meeting with the boss, she keep on chasing after my neck telling me that she has something urgent for me to do.. then i kanna bomb!!! She showed me the figures from the pivot table that i had done for her. She told me that the boss feels that the figures are not correct as they are very the different from previous years. Then she tell me that the boss wans "US" to do a manual check of all the hardcopy documents to check if the figures are really correct. Then she ask me to do it... all by myself... she say boss tell "US" to do it... in the end is i do it. Then i already very the not happy that i am the one doing it... then i ask her when is the deadline for the thing... then she ask me to do it within two days....how the hell is that logically possible.!!!! Then hor... afterwards we find out that the figures that was used to compute the pivot table was wrong.... and that i was told to use a wrong column of figures... Then i told her that in this case... give me the correct figures and i will do a pivot table for her to show the boss again... she say no need.. just go ahead and check the papers as told by the boss.... THEN I BERI THE BEI SONG!!!! I tell her that since the data is wrong she shld just show the boss the correct figures and everything would be solved... and there would not be any wasted efforts to go through the pile of papers... then she like so the scarded that if the boss know do wrongly will die like that insist on not showing the boss the correct figures...with that.... MY VOLCANO EXPLODED!!!... and i told her that i wouldnt be able to finish this even if you give me a month to do it... ARGG..WAT THE FISH IS IT IN HIDING THE TRUTH FROM THE BOSS!!!!...

With that, i made my blood pressure rise so high that i started to have a terrible headache... THE END..
